Do you ship to [country]?
Probably! I ship to most international customers. This includes Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea, China, Australia, and most non-UK EU territories.
Backers from these countries will not be able to pledge to physical tiers, or receive any rewards.

Due to multiple logistical, legal and conduct issues involved with UK backers during BIRD CRIMES, I am no longer offering UK options. United Kingdom backers will no longer be able to pledge to physical tiers. It’s simply not worth the hassle, sorry guys.
Depending on time constraints, I may make exceptions for large pledges. If you are interested in backing for a very large amount of pins to the UK (upwards of $100) please reach out to me.

You can force me to make the bird of your choice with the CUSTOM PIN tier, or come color one with the CUSTOM COLOR tier. Otherwise, if you don’t see it on the stretch goal map or a poll, it’s not getting made this time around.
I always take suggestions, but I don’t make promises.

Do you offer refunds on pledges after my card has been charged?
tl;dr no
Crowdfunding requires full commitment, and you’re expected to do your part once you pledge. Because your funds are used to fund development, logistics, packaging and manufacturing for hundreds of other buyers, there is a short answer: no.
I am not offended, at all, if you are unable to commit to supporting my art. Your wellbeing comes first. Please do not pledge if you aren’t sure you will be able to help me out by paying for your items a month or so after the campaign wraps up.

Oops! I missed my survey or payment deadline. Can I still get my items?
Short answer: also no.
Stock for fulfillment is ordered based on survey results. I can’t guarantee I have your items left or ready to send to you if you didn’t fill your survey out or pay on time.
Backers receive regular (up to daily) emails depending on project activity, and should always have ample notice about deadlines or schedule changes. Survey reminders, payment reminders, and other updates come far in advance. You’ll get several chances to provide valid payment information, shipping addresses, and other information. I will personally reach out to backers with large unpaid charges when time is almost up, because, while I do care about you, I also 100% want my money: $75+ is a significant amount of shipping labels or freight fees I am missing out on.
If you know, in advance, that you will miss a survey or payment deadline, please reach out to me and I’ll see what we can do.
I do make exceptions for emergency moves, medical issues, or other life circumstances. Your wellbeing is more important than stupid little pieces of metal. Just let me know in advance, or I can’t really do much about it.

I changed my mind, and want more or less pins. Can I switch tiers?
Yes, you can switch tiers at any time.
Please be aware that limited tiers (such as EARLY BIRDS) are restricted by number, not time. If you move away from a limited tier, it will open up for someone else - and you probably won’t be able to get it back.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
